    We are planning a trip to Disney World next September and possibly stay at Polynesian. How do we make sure we are in a refurbished room? This is our first trip to Disney World. Do we just ask the Disney agent over phone when we book? or the Hotel?

    Congratulations on planning your first ever trip to Walt Disney World next fall! Disney's Polynesian Resort is a terrific choice! The Polynesian is an incredible resort and, along with Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, is at the top of my list of favorite Walt Disney World hotels. 

    I recently answered a question about recent refurbishments at Disney's Polynesian Resort for another Guest. It is a fabulous hotel with great amenities and recreational activities-- and it is ideally situated on the monorail line that runs to both the nearby Magic Kingdom Park and Epcot.
