Booking Terms and Conditions. Because of this, I recommend reaching out to a Walt Disney World Cast Member who can take a look at the
Walt Disney World theme park tickets you've purchased and help you understand what your options are, should your holiday need to be rescheduled. To speak with a Cast Member, you'll want to use the Disney Park Tickets UK freephone number, which can be found in the
Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.
Before you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, you'll also want to be sure that you've downloaded your new
Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card –– that way you won't miss a moment of your DVC Member Benefits during your stay! Your new card can be downloaded to the digital wallet of your smartphone by creating a Disney MagicMobile Pass in the
My Disney Experience app. If you need help downloading your card, you can check out
