When planning our trip to Disney, we read that the week after Thanksgiving is pretty low in numbers. But when we went to make reservations for dining we have found that there isn't many times and restaurants left. How busy will it actually be?

Hi, Lori!  You are running into the tail end of the free dining promotion, plus EPCOT will be offering dining packages for the Candlelight Processional, so while the promotion and holiday happenings will increase traffic at the restaurants, this is still a lower crowd time of year.

The free dining promotion may have the crowds running a bit higher than normal, but it's still going to be a good time to go.  Most parents hesitate to take kids out of school with Christmas vacation so close, and after the Thanksgiving holiday, most people have to get back to work and school.

Keep trying to catch dining cancellations if there are reservations that are important to get.  You never know when you may luck into just what you wanted!
