We are planning a trip to Disney in October. Can you tell me when the Florida residents resort prices for the fall will be out. Also, will there be a special on park tickets.

    Hello Beatrice,

Lucky you!  I have to say, I'd LOVE to be a Florida resident and be able to take advantage of some of those great benefits when visiting Walt Disney World!

I wish I could say I have some "insider information" to pass on about the exact date when those discounts will be available, if at all, but the best I can offer is my best guess based on what's happened in the past.  In 2014, Florida resident discounts for dates from late July through late September were released on July 1, 2014, and discounts for dates from late September through late December were released on August 25, 2014.  The year before, the timing of those releases were about a month later.  So, my recommendation would be to start watching the Special Offers page around those earlier dates to see what great deals might be available to you for your trip.  Just be sure you're signed into your account and that your account profile is updated so that you see all possible offers that are available to you.  Also, if you'd like to look at some of the specifics of those past offers, there's a lot of great information on the independent website www.mousesavers.com (just search for "Historical Disney World Resort Discounts" to find that page).

Wishing you lots of pixie dust as you make your vacation plans!  Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again if we can help answer any other questions.
