Congratulations on your 2013 Walt Disney World Vacation, Stacy! Your children are the perfect ages to enjoy all the magic of Disney! I have four children ranging in ages from seven to fourteen so I completely understand your concern regarding doing things that both of your kids will enjoy! You will definitely want to visit Magic Kingdom! My list of "must see" attractions include "it's a small world," Peter Pan's Flight, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Space Mountain, Pirates of the Caribbean, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Haunted Mansion, Mickey's PhilharMagic, and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular! At Epcot, our "must see" attractions include Soarin, Test Track, Mission:SPACE, Spaceship Earth, and The Seas With Nemo & Friends. Our favorite attractions at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park include Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safaris, Festival of the Lion King, DINOSAUR, and Finding Nemo - The Musical. At Disney's Hollywood Studios, don't miss Toy Story Mania!, Star Tours - The Adventures Continue, The Great Movie Ride, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, and Fastasmic! (my favorite show at Disney!) Disney's two water parks (Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon) are also a lot of fun for kids of all ages. You may consider booking a Character Dining Experience, in which guests are greeted table side by Disney Characters for photo opportunities and autographs. My personal favorites are Chef Mickey's featuring the "Fab 5" at Disney's Contemporary Resort and 'Ohana's Best Friends Breakfast featuring Lilo, Stitch, Mickey Mouse and Pluto at Disney's Polynesian Resort. I am out of room, but please feel free to write me back with additional questions. Best wishes for a Magical 2013 Trip, Stacy!
Happy Planning,
Jodie
