We are planning a trip to Disney in March 2010, either the first or second week. Is one week better than the other as far as crowd size? And is that time considered peak time? Thank you

Hey Vicky and thanks for the great question.  The two weeks you are considering are called average attendance times, which generally speaking is a great time of year to go to WDW.  The "Most Crowded" time does not actually begin until the third week of March when many schools begin to let out for Spring Break.  So honestly, I think you are safe with either week.
Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel.  I hope you will email us any of your other questions as you continue to plan your 2010 trip.
