Welcome Latonya,
Each of the four incredible theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort has options for incredible memories for your whole family. When
planning for teenagers and
preschoolers, there are a few things to keep in mind.
Since you mentioned that you are visiting over Labor Day Weeknd, I will plan for three days. If you decide to add the Park Hopper option to your theme park admission, then you would have the opportunity to visit all four theme parks in one weekend. If you are hoping to dedicate each day to a different theme park, then I would visit Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
Magic Kingdom Park offers something for everyone! With a
mountain range for your 12-year old, and
magical character interactions for your younger child, plus dining experiences, parades, Wishes Nightime Spectacular, and so much more, this is a must-visit.
At Disney's Hollywood Studios, test your singing chops at Frozen Singalong Celebration, stay on target with Toy Story Mania!, sing and dance with Disney Junior Live on Stage! Then experience the thrills of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster. Star Wars fans will find all kids of excitement here.
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is home to Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain, sure to be a highlight for your coaster-loving tween. Your little one will love the Affection Section at Rafikis Planet Watch.
Wishing you many magical memories,
Sally
