We are planning a trip to Disney in June and I am getting the Disney Dining plan. My question is I have a 9 yr old who will be eating from the childrens menu. Will his only choices at table service restaurants be mac and cheese or chicken fingers?

Each table service restaurant has a unique children's menu. Many of those include some form or chicken or basic pasta, but no, it is not all mac n' cheese and chicken fingers. For example, all the restaurants in the countries at Epcot have children's menus that include foreign foods and foreign variations on the favorites of American children. So in Morocco, there might be chicken kabobs and in England there might be fish and chips.

The best way to figure out what your food choices are is to go to allearsnet.com. Click the "search" button and search under "menu" or under the name of a specific restaurant. While Disney does sometimes tinker with its pricing and exact menu options, allearsnet will give you a very good overview of the situation.
