Planning trip to Disney in December. flights booked but with Covid do not know if they will be cancelled. If cancelled will we be able to use our Disney tickets at a later date? We haven’t purchased ticket yet, is there a best type ticket for this situatio

    Hello Claire and welcome!

As the current UK Panelist here at planDisney, and with having my own jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort upcoming in the very near future, I can completely and utterly relate to your enquiry.

The ongoing global Covid-19 pandemic really has caused so, so many British Guests (including me!) to have undertaken the super unmagical task of rearranging or worse still, cancelling our pixie-dusted plans to visit the Sunshine State of Florida.  And the biggest issue still is that one no knows, or can even estimate when all the current international travel restrictions are going to be eased, or better still lifted.

With this in mind, it is really rather tricky for me to know how best to advise you on whether to go ahead and purchase Ultimate Tickets for your already booked December holiday to Walt Disney World Resort.

It might be helpful to know that to the very best of my knowledge, and as set out in the current terms and conditions, 2021 Ultimate Tickets are only valid for arrivals between January 1st, 2021, and December 31st, 2021, and must be used for the first time at a Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park by December 31st, 2021.

It's always possible to add Ultimate Tickets to an already purchased Walt Disney Travel Company holiday package by speaking with a Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Contact Us link.  In my past experience, Walt Disney Travel Company holiday packages sometimes have different terms and conditions attached to them which may enable you to alter the dates of your whole trip if necessary.

Claire, I hope that I've been able to offer you a little insight today into your December 2021 Holiday trip to the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.  If you should have any further questions for me, then please don't hesitate to pop back to planDisney.  I'm always here to help wherever I am able!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
