Dorothy, you've asked a great question. In some cases, the Guest staying Concierge can book members of their traveling party in activities and port adventures during their early booking window as long as they are linked in the Disney Cruise Line system. These can be linked by the Disney Cruise Line agent booking you over the phone or by your Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. If you're booking these online, you can link up to 4 reservations by clicking your reservation number under "Already Booked" and selecting "Add or Link Reservation." You'll need each stateroom's confirmation number, last name, and date of birth. If your crew has more than 4 staterooms, you'll need to
reach out to Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532 to have those linked. They are available Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.
Once the staterooms are linked, the grandparents will be able to request
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique in their email to the Shoreside Concierge Team. These magical makeovers will be charged to the staterooms the granddaughters are staying in, but if their grandmother would like to pay, she can ask the Concierge Team on board or Guest Services to have them moved to her stateroom account. Having the royal treatment will be a memory they won't soon forget, and I know the pictures will be treasured for years to come!
