Planning a trip in Dec 2010. Will have two boys that will be 5 and 3 and one girl that will be 16mos and my husband. What are your dining choices for each theme park. Plan to do Chef Mickey's, but any other not to be missed dining at the resorts?

Hey Lisa ... you are so smart to begin planning right now.  First of all, I always recommend Chef Mickey, it's one of our all time favorites.  To be honest the dining throughout Disney is incredible but based on the ages of your children, here are a few of my favorite recommendations.
With regards to dining at resorts, some of our favorites are O'Hana at the Poly, Boma at AKL, and Whispering Canyon at FW.  At the parks there are also some great options, whether you are looking for character dining experiences or not.  At the MK you can choose from Crystal Palaces (dining with Pooh and friends), Tony's and Liberty Tree Tavern.  There is also dining at the castle, CRT, which is also one of my top 5, but this would be probably more for your little girl than your sons. Even though there are plenty of little princes that also attend.
At DHS, there is Hollywood & Vine, 50s Prime Time Cafe and the Sci-Fi theatre.  All great choices.  At Epcot, your choices are endless as you walk through the World showcase.  Take your pick from Chinese to good old fish and chips from jolly old England.  And finally at AK, we love dining at Tusker House and Rainforest Cafe.  The kids really love watching everything that goes on at Rainforest.
I hope this information helps you get started, and please come back to the panel with any other question you might have about your 2010 vacation.  Sending pixie dust your way for easy planning, and thanks so much for coming to the Mom's Panel.
