Planning a trip for April 2015 for sons 16th birthday . Getting the Quick Service Dining Plan .My son wants to go to Planet Hollywood for birthday dinner. Can I use 2 quick service credits each for a table service meal ? Will I have to purchase the meal ?

    Hi Lisa!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I'm so excited that you are planning on celebrating your son's sweet sixteen birthday at Walt Disney World.   I can't think of a more magical place to celebrate such a milestone celebration.   Be sure to pick up a complimentary Happy Birthday button at any Guest Service location on Disney property.  It's sure to bring your son many well wishes and maybe a few pixie-dusted surprises during your stay.

Planet Hollywood is a really fun place to dine at Downtown Disney. I love checking out all the memorabilia that is found within the restaurant.   Planet Hollywood is considered a Table-Service Disney Dining restaurant.  You would not be able to exchange 2 Quick- Service Dining entitlements for 1 Table Service Meal.   To experience this restaurant you would need to pay out of pocket.   I find that this is a very reasonably priced dining location and I think it would be a great place to celebrate, so please don't rule it out of your plans.

I would love to continue to help you plan your upcoming birthday adventure to Walt Disney World.  If you need any additional questions answered please let me know.

    Have a Tiggerific Day,

    ~Jen
