    Hi we are planning a SURPRISE 1st time trip to Disney World for our kids (11-yr-old boy, 8- & 4-year old girls) 10/26-11/1- will visit parks Sun-Thurs. staying at AoA w/dining package. Any suggestions for 1st timers during that time of year?

    Hi Kerry! Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! You're visiting during a wonderful time of year! I definitely suggest purchasing tickets to Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP). MNSSHP is held on select nights in September and October and is a fun-filled evening at Magic Kingdom with trick or treat stations, special character meet n greets, Boo To You Parade and a special fireworks celebration: HalloWishes! 

    Make sure to also tell guest relations that it's your kids first visit and they'll give them a My First Visit button. Other suggestions include to make Advanced Dinng Reservations (ADR) at character dining experiences, such as Chef Mickeys, Crystal Palace and Cinderella's Royal Table. Call 407-WDW-DINE to book.
