We are planning a surprise Disney trip for our 3 daughters this summer in June and would like to do the Pick-A-Pearl experience. As of right now, we don't plan to do Epcot. Is there still a location at the Beach resort? rough cost estimate for pearl/setting

    Hi Jennifer,

There are actually four "Pick A Pearl" locations at Walt Disney World: the Japan pavilion at Epcot, the Beach Club resort, Downtown Disney, and Typhoon Lagoon. The non-Japan locations are run by a company called the Pearl Factory. You can see their website at http://www.pearl-factory.com/ to get a sense of their offerings.

The actual pearl in the oyster costs about $16.00 each. Settings range from about $15.00 each for a simple single pearl cap pendant on up to many hundreds of dollars for elaborate gold settings. You would likely be able to get something lovely for a young girl for about $40-50 including a pearl and a simple setting.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
