We are planning on staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and I was wondering if there is a better room type to select so that we can see the animals out our hotel room window?

    Hi Kristen!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

The Animal Kingdom Lodge is a fabulous resort.  You can see the different types of rooms at the Animal Kingdom Lodge on this page.  You have to make a reservation for a specific room type.  If you want to see animals right outside your room, you will want to select a room with a "Savanna View".

By the way, the Animal Kingdom Lodge has some great restaurants.  I definitely suggest having breakfast and dinner at Boma at least once during your trip.  Reservations are definitely required and can be made online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
