Hello there, Simon! Thanks so much for visiting planDisney. I'm so glad you decided to be our guest and I'll be more than happy to assist with your vacation planning question.
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a practically perfect vacation destination, don't you agree? I love the ambiance, the location near
Disney Springs, and the amazing
pools. Saratoga also has one of my favorite on-site
fitness centers at
Walt Disney World Resort.
Unfortunately, the Senses Spa at Saratoga Springs closed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to date, there has not been any notice of plans to reopen. But don't fret, Simon! There are some great on-property spa options just a hop, skip, and jump away for your pampering pursuits.
The
Grand Floridian Spa is always my top recommendation for a relaxing massage or a mini-makeover at Walt Disney World Resort. There's not much better than enjoying some spa time at
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, followed by drinks at
Enchanted Rose Lounge, which is at the top of the list for my planDisney besties
Jenna and
Brent.
Another fantastic spa can be found in the BoardWalk area at the
Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. The
Mandara Spa is a tranquil Balinese-inspired retreat that offers a variety of luxurious services. Pair your spa adventures with a relaxed dinner at one of the many great restaurants in this part of the "World"--perhaps
Shula's Steak House at the Dolphin, or
Yachtsman Steakhouse just steps away at
Disney's Yacht Club Resort.
Simon, I hope these recommendations are helpful as you plan your next Disney adventure for the fall. It will be here before we know it! Thanks again for stopping by planDisney, and please don't hesitate to
reach out directly if I can assist with any other questions.
Stay Magical!
Susan
