    We are planning to stay at the Polynesian in January '14. Is it typically faster to travel to Hollywood Studios on the bus from the Poly, or walk to the TTC and take the HS bus? We will probably be leaving the hotel around 9:30. Thanks!

    Definitely stick to the bus from your resort. 

    The only time you will want to walk from the Polynesian over to the Transportation and Ticket Center to get to a park is if you are going to Epcot. With that move you are basically eliminating one monorail ride and the transfer time.

    Even if you want to boat to the Magic Kingdom, there are launches from the Polynesian, so while the frequency might be better from the Transportation and Ticket Center to the Magic Kingdom, the added time in walking kind of washes it all out.
