Planning stay at OKW We won't have a car and probably arriving late. Will bell services take us to our room?

    Hi Jaynee!

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney

You are going to love Disney's Old Key West Resort! The great news is that with online check-in, you can check in prior to your arrival through My Disney Experience and go straight to your room when you arrive. You won't need to visit the front desk. If you are flying in and having an Uber or driving service to bring you to the resort, you may want to have the driver drop you off right at your section so you can easily bring in your luggage and go straight to your room.

Bell services is available from the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after those hours and need assistance with luggage, you are welcome to speak to a Cast Member at the front desk to inquire as to how they can help you.
