    Karina from FL Asked

We are planning to stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. 1. Could we bring our bikes? 2. Ideas what to do in the resort ?

    Hi there, Karina!

    Welcome to planDisney!

I just adore Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This Disney Resorts Collection hotel has so much to love with its gorgeous Spanish, Mexican, and Southwest American influences. From amazing pools to Movies Under the Stars, there are so many magical offerings for Guests to enjoy, including the beautiful grounds with fountains and greenery!

I love that you’re wanting to bring your bicycle to enjoy the outdoors. The feeling of Florida sunshine and a cool breeze in the mornings does sound absolutely magical. Currently, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort does not offer an area to bike around; however, you’ll find some stunning pathways like the Running Trails to take a jog or a stroll! If you’re looking to enjoy some time on the bike, you will find these Disney Resorts Collection hotels to have bike rental locations, along with scenic trails available currently:

    Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort
    Disney's Old Key West Resort
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort
The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort

You’ll find there is plenty to do around Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. I hope you check out the stunning two-story lobby at Disney’s Coronado Springs Gran Destino Tower. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by gorgeous Moorish hanging lanterns with subtle lighting. If you head upstairs to the Dahlia Lounge, you will be able to catch some breathtaking views on the rooftop lounge. It makes for a magical evening experience! Another great place for drinks and small bites that is a fan-favorite is the Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago. It has sweeping views of Lago Dorado and the menu has some of the most delicious offerings. Check out more of the delectable dining options here

Splash around in the Mayan Pyramid pool with a 123-foot long waterslide or enjoy creating art with a master-led painting class at Colors of Coronado Painting! My family finds so much to do around the Disney Resorts Collection hotels, we make sure to devote a day or two just to explore the property.

    Have an enchanting time, Karina!
