We are planning to stay at Disney and to stay on budget it looks like we won't get the hopper pass. In one day can we go to one park return to our resort and/or to Downtown Disney then return to the same park?

Hi Sheri! You sure can! Your Disney base theme park tickets allow you to enter and exit the same park multiple times per day. My family likes to arrive at the park when it opens and the crowds are low. When the park gets busier in the afternoon, we return to our resort to swim and rest, and then later in the evening we like to venture back into the park to eat dinner or see the fireworks. You need the Park Hopper option if you want to visit multiple parks per day, but it's not necessary if you're planning only to come and go from the same park.

Wishing you a magical vacation! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
