We’re planning a stay at the Beach Club Villas with two adults and three children (all over the age of 3). We’d love to stay in a one bedroom villa for the kitchen, but the website says it accommodates 4 adults. Can I book it for 5?

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question, Sarah!

I love Disney’s Beach Club Villas, from the gorgeous resort, to the incredible outdoor water recreation area: staying here is a vacation in itself! You can relax and float down the lazy river, unwind in one of three whirlpool spas, or tap into your adventurous side by sliding down one of the highest hotel waterslides in the Walt Disney World Resort. After all of that fun in the sun, be sure to check out Cape May Café for Minnie’s Beach Bash Breakfast or the Seafood-and-More dinner buffet.

As a party of five, you are able to book the 1-Bedroom Villa at Disney’s Beach Club Villas, but keep in mind that while the 5th guest can be accommodated, no additional bedding, linens, or towels will be provided. My family often travels as a party of five and we still opt for the 1-Bedroom Villa, requesting an air mattress for the room. Air mattress requests are not guaranteed, as they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to avoid the possibility of not being able to obtain an air mattress, we have also opted to bring our own twin-sized air mattress, with the necessary bedding.

The Deluxe Studio is still a great option if you decide that the one king-size bed and one queen-size sleeper sofa of the 1-Bedroom Villa will not suit your party’s needs. The Deluxe Studio option at Disney's Beach Club Resort offers one queen-size bed, one full-size sleeper sofa as well as the one single pull-down bed (29" x 67"), so this may be a good option for your party as well. While the Deluxe Studio does not include the fully equipped kitchen, they do still provide a kitchenette, with a microwave and small refrigerator.

I hope that I have provided you with some options that will help you have the most magical vacation!
