I am in planning stages of WDW or cruise! Leaning towards Fantasy western Caribbean in September? Is there really no character dining? But some other ships have a character breakfast?

Welcome aboard, Amanda! The Fantasy is one of Disney's two larger ships and has so many amazing technological advances! Add to that the fabulous service and entertainment that you've come to expect from Disney, and it's sure to be a wonderful cruise!

The Fantasy does not currently offer a character breakfast. The Wonder and the Magic do offer character breakfasts on their sailings of six or more nights. But, the Fantasy has a really neat new character experience you might like to check out. The Royal Court Royal Tea is a very special tea time with some of the Disney princesses. This is only available to book once onboard and is limited, so once you board the ship, if you're interested, be sure to head to Guest Services to sign up right away! I love that only so many guests get to participate, as this makes it a more intimate experience!

You can read more about this fabulous experience in this Royal Tea article on the Disney Parks Blog. Prices are $279 for one adult and one child. Additional children are $210. Additional adults are $69.
That sounds like a lot, you say? Well, let me tell you about all the special treats that are included!

Little princesses will receive some extra special goodies: a friendship bracelet and necklace, Cinderella doll, princess pen, tiara, jewelry box and back sack. Junior princes will receive: Duffy the Disney Bear, three Disney pins, a Disney Cruise Line autograph book, sword, shield and back sack.

Besides all the special gifts, during this tea, there will be singing, dancing and storytelling with the Disney princesses, savory and sweet tea treats, tea (or apple juice if the kids prefer), and special treatment for all the families. It is really a one-of-a-kind way for your children to spend time with the Disney princesses.

I hope those details help as you continue planning, Amanda!
