Hi, Christina! I always love traveling to
Walt Disney World with family and friends, and we often run into situations like this, where we want something with a bit more room so we can all be together.
Unless one of the children is age 2 and under, your best bet is going to be one of the
Disney Deluxe Villas. The 2-bedroom villas can accommodate up to eight guests, and they offer in-room amenities such as a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, multiple bathrooms, and all the comforts of home. This is not going to be the least expensive option, but having the ability to make a few meals (I almost always do breakfast, because it saves us time in the morning) and have snacks and drinks handy can keep the vacation food budget in check.
The next largest accommodations would only be able to sleep up to six guests.
Disney's Art of Animation Resort has incredibly themed family suites that can sleep up to six people, plus you can have a child age 2 and under in a pack and play.
If budget it a primary concern, you can always book two separate rooms. You can request connecting or adjoining rooms, and while this isn't guaranteed, they do try their best to accommodate requests such as these.
Disney's Value Resorts offer all of the Disney magic - like extra magic hours, resort charging privileges, MagicBands - for a price that leaves a little pixie dust left in your pocket.
Wishing you a wonderful time planning your upcoming vacation.
Anna
