    Planning on seeing a midnight showing of the new Harry Potter movie on our last night in WDW at the Downtown Disney AMC theater. Will the ferry boat to POR still run after the movie, or should I plan to drive?

    Hi Laura!

    The boat ferry between Downtown Disney and Port Orleans resorts usually ends right at midnight most nights. When you arrive at the resort, I would suggest inquiring at the front desk as to how late the ferry will be running during your stay. Once the ferry does stop running, the resorts will continue to be serviced by bus transportation.

    If you do have a car, you may want to consider driving so that you'll be able to head back to the resort as quickly as you can without waiting for bus transportation to arrive.
