We are planning our return trip to Disneyworld in December and have purchased the Memory Maker. When you get home and download pictures are they downloaded as jpeg or zip files?

    Hi Wendy,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I'm so excited to hear you're planning a return trip to Walt DIsney World - December will be here before you know it!  I absolutely love Memory Maker and can't recommend it enough, so I'm glad to hear you've purchased it for your vacation.  I've had a few chances to use the service myself, including just earlier this month when I visited with my family, so to help answer your question I went straight to my account and downloaded some photos.  You can either choose to download your photos individually or all at once.  No matter which option you choose, the photos are saved in a ZIP file to your computer.  Within that ZIP file, you'll find your photos as high-resolution JPEGs.  I had several hundred pictures on my Memory Maker account, so I had multiple ZIP files to download, each with about 75 JPEG files (plus a Limited License Agreement).

I hope that helps, Wendy, but please let us know if you have any other questions.  Wishing you pixie-dusted planning!
