We are planning on purchasing WDW tickets for five days and would like to visit a beach on the sixth day. We are not renting a car for the week, are there any shuttles/ taxi's running to CoCo Beach/ are they expensive?

    Hi Dawn,

With the cost of gas, everything is more expensive. The trip to Coco Beach is about 45-60 minutes depending on traffic and time of day. We stayed in Coco prior to our cruise and then took a car service to the Walt Disney World Resorts. We use Happy Limosine which is a great service. You can call them at 1-888-394-HAPPY for a quote.

Another idea may be to rent a car for the day. National and Alamo both rent from the Dolphin Hotel within the Disney Resorts. You could take Disney transportation back and forth to pick up the car and then go. The easy way is to go to the Dolphin is to take transportation from your hotel to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Then either take the boat or walk 10 minutes to the Dolphin. My husband did this on one of our trips.

    Good luck and enjoy Coco!
