Hi I am planning on purchasing a Southern California $67 a day deal. However this will be a gift for a friend visiting out of country and plan on attending with them. Are we able to purchase tickets for friends as gifts using out Southern California deal?

Welcome to planDisney, Reymar! I’m so happy to know you have plans to enjoy some time at the Disneyland Resort with friends! You are going to have an awesome visit! Thanks for sending us your planning question.

Being Mickey’s neighbor definitely has its benefits. The Southern California Resident Ticket Offer is a fantastic deal, for residents of Southern California. Every ticket purchased must be accompanied by a form of valid government issued ID, to prove residency in areas with the zip codes 90000-93599. Your friend would not be able to use this promotional ticket, because they are not a resident. But you can still purchase a theme park ticket for yourself.

Reymar, I encourage you to keep an eye out for Special Offers that may coincide with the dates of your planned visit. There may be an offer available in the months to come that your friend can take advantage of during your visit to the Disneyland Resort.

I hope this information is helpful. You can always come back to visit us if you have any more planning questions!
