If I am planning a party of about 30 people at Ohana will I be allowed to use my DVC member discount for the food portion? I know alcoholic beverages are not included.

    Hi there, Janine!

Disney Vacation Club membership certainly has its privileges. Just one of the many awesome aspects of being a Disney Vacation Club member is the fantastic member benefits and extras. Included among these benefits are the great food discounts, making it more fun and more affordable to eat around Walt Disney World

DVC members do get a 10% discount on all meals at 'Ohana. The discount is good for the DVC member and up to three guests. While this won't cover many of your 30 guests, I have another suggestion for you.

DVC members, annual passholders, and Florida residents are eligible to purchase a Tables in Wonderland card. The card offers a discount of 20% off of meals - including alcoholic beverages - at more than 100 participating restaurants at Walt Disney World - including 'Ohana. This discount is good for up to 10 guests. The card costs $150 for DVC members, but is good for a year (some block out dates apply). You could make all of that money back in just this one meal, plus have the card to use for discounted meals for the rest of the year of your Tables in Wonderland membership.

We have a family of six, and I buy the Tables in Wonderland card every year. I earn my money back in just a few table service meals with my gang, and it's well worth it to enjoy even more wonderful Disney dining experiences.

Have so much fun on your upcoming visit, Janine!
