Hi! We are planning on a Nov.18-23 trip..is it very crowded the days before Thanksgiving? Also I checked the website and MK closes @10 all those days!...does this mean NO MVMCP? Hope not! In the past-do they offer free dining this week? Thanks!!

    Hi Courtney,

I just checked the Crowd Calendar at touringplans.com for you. The week that includes Thanksgiving will be quite busy. Touring Plans is estimating crowd levels at 9 to 10 during your trip (on a scale of 1-10).

The dates for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party were released yesterday. Unfortunately, there are no party dates during your trip. This is actually quite typical, there are usually no evening parties scheduled for weeks that include holidays.

And on the more bad news front, this is not historically a time when free dining is offered. But I'll keep my fingers crossed that something changes.

I wouldn't worry too much about the crowd level. I've been during busy holidays many times. As long as you arrive early and have your meal reservations in place, you can have a great time in the parks even when it's crowded.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
