I am planning my next trip to WDW and decided to stay at the Coronado Springs Resort. I know you have answered questions in relation to this topic before but why this hotel does not appear in the list of the restaurants with quick service. Should I change?

Nope, no need to change. The Coronado Springs Resort DOES have quick service restaurants.  Not sure where you are looking, but the Coronado Springs ("CSR") has Cafe Rix, which is a quick service restaurant, and the Pepper Market which is a more unique open air food court restaurant (very similar to other quick service restaurants in most aspects).

The main different thing about the Pepper Market is the way you order and pay. When you are seated, you will be given a ticket by the host. You then go to different food stations and select the foods you want.  Each food item you select is stamped on your ticket, and then when you leave you are charged for the items listed on your ticket.  It's a fun and efficient system, in my opinion.  I really enjoyed the Pepper Market food options and their ordering system when I ate their about a year ago.

By the way, if you click HERE you will see a comparison of Disney's Moderate resorts, and all of them are listed as having quick service restaurants, including CSR.

Hope this info helps you feel much better about staying at the Coronado Springs Resort. Enjoy!
