We are planning our next trip and my son will be 2 at the time of booking and during the first part but will turn 3 while we are at Disney world! Will we have to buy him tickets once he turn 3 or will he still not need one for the remainder of the trip

Welcome to planDisney, Miranda! Thanks so much for stopping in with your question about your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

Mouseketeers who are under the age of three upon arrival to the Resort are Mickey’s special guests, even if they celebrate their birthday during your family's vacation. This means they will not need a valid theme park ticket to enjoy the theme parks with family and friends. They will be good to go for the length of your vacation!

As you visit each of the theme parks, keep an eye out for Baby Care Centers. They are a great place to change and feed your Mouseketeer. They’re also stocked with lots of baby and toddler essentials and are clean and quiet.

For a look at what your son can experience with group, I recommend searching for attractions for guests of “all ages” and “any height” before your visit next September. This way you will know which attractions the whole family can enjoy at all four theme parks.

Miranda, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to plan your vacation. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more planning questions. It's always our pleasure to help you!
