    We are planning our next trip for June. We have booked the Beach Club. However, I'm having some second thoughts due to some of the reviews I've read, I know,,,I should have read them first. What are your thoughts on the Beach Club?

    I am so happy that you asked this question before you did something drastic! In fact, Disney's Beach Club Resort is probably my very favorite destination on all of Walt Disney World Resort property.  

    With a June vacation scheduled in Central Florida, you will want to schedule some early afternoon pool time to actually enjoy the heat. Well I cannot imagine a better place to make a splash than the 3-acre, sand bottomed, something-for-everyone Stormalong Bay. The sprawling oasis offers a lazy river, a sandy play area perfect for building a castle fit for a Princess, three whirpool spas, and a 230-foot long water slide made to look like a pirate ship!  

    When your dip is done, you are going to love the convenience of being walking distance to two theme parks and the BoardWalk Entertainment District. If are ready to be whisked away to exotic lands, simply take the quick stroll or hop aboard a FriendShip for a relaxing cruise to the International Gateway, an entrance to Epcot tucked into the World Showcase! If your next stop involves a Rootin', Tooting', Shootin' Match at Toy Story Midway Mania!, change directions and you can walk or enjoy the gentle purr of the FriendShip motor as it carries you off to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    Our family hasn't really started our vacation until we have dined on crab legs at Cape May Cafe for the Seafood-and-More dinner buffet. If you are searching for a great Character Dining Opportunity, join Minnie and her Friends there for breakfast!
