I am planning on going to MVMCP the day we check in. I was wondering should we not bother doing a table service meal that evening and just pick up something at a Quick Service Resturant? I didn't know if we should get reservations at Crystal Palace?

Elizabeth, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a perfectly magical way to begin your Disney vacation. Although the party begins at 7 pm, guests with party tickets can enter the Magic Kingdom as early as 4 pm. Should you decide to dine at the Crystal Palace, I recommend making a reservation as close to 4 pm as possible so you can maximize your time at the Christmas Party. Personally, we love the quick service dining at the Magic Kingdom, and would opt for that. Two of our favourite spots are the Columbia Harbour House and Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe. Throw in some of the yummy hot chocolate and cookies that they offer at the party, and you're good to go!

Wishinf you a magical vacation Elizabeth!
