I am planning on moving out of Florida so I will not be eligible for the FL pass. Will the remainder of my annual pass be cancelled?

Greetings, Amanda, and welcome to planDisney! As a fellow Floridian, I'm so happy you stopped by. I recently became an Annual Passholder, and I'm enjoying the benefits and perks. I'm not sure why I didn't become a passholder sooner! But since you're moving out of the Sunshine State, let's see your options until your pass expires.

I spoke to a sunny Cast Member who said your Annual Pass is valid one year from its first activation. As long as you've already activated the pass with your valid Florida ID, you can use it until it expires. If you plan to renew it, you must upgrade to the Disney Incredi-Pass since you'll have to show proof of Florida residency when activating the new pass. If you're a Disney Vacation Club Member, you could also purchase the Disney Sorcerer Pass as a non-Florida resident.

Amanda, it looks like you'll be able to enjoy some Disney magic as a passholder for a while longer. I hope you can visit during the fall when the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival occurs. I always love looking at the musical lineup for the Eat to the Beat Concert Series. Last year I saw Hanson perform live, and it was an MMMBop of a good time!

Thanks for stopping by, Amanda, and please come back to planDisney anytime. I'll keep a cold glass of Florida orange juice waiting.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
