We are planning a long trip for next Christmas and New Year. Since we will only be able to book a max of seven nights at one time, what is the best approach for securing our DVC reservations for a trip of 10 to 12 nights during that period of time?

    Welcome Home!

It certainly sounds as though you are planning the ultimate Holiday journey to Walt Disney World Resort.Thank you for allowing me to help you with your planning.

I believe that for your vacation in particular, we should focus on the Home Resort Booking Priority. At exactly 11-months before your arrival date, reserve your Villa at your Home Resort for 7-nights. Then, each morning until you acquire all of the nights you need, call Member Services at 800-800-9800 to add one additional night. Provided all Guests in your party are on each reservation, Member Services can link all of your confirmation numbers and essentially create just one new reservation.

If you would like to spend the most magical time of the year in any other Disney Vacation Club Resort, then call Member Services once you are 6-months and 23-days before the final day of your planned vacation to change your stay to your desired DVC Resort. If it is unavailable, you can opt to be placed on the waitlist.

Since you already have a confirmed reservation at your stunning Disney Vacation Club Home Resort, you can be confident that you are heading to Walt Disney World Resort for an unforgettable Holiday Season!

I hope that helps, Victoria! Good luck!

    Wishing you many magical memories,

    Sally
