Planning lg family vacation - 9 adults and 5 children,( 2 of the children under 2). do they count these children as part of the group? I was hoping to go with a 3 bedroom villa- but that number is 12 - will the two infants count in this number ?

    Hi Julia,

It sounds like you're planning an AMAZING getaway with LOTS of special Mouseketeers in your life! I'm so excited for you as you'll certainly have a blast together and make memories that you'll cherish forever!

With plenty of space to spread out, a kitchen or kitchenette where you may prepare your own meals, lots of amenities that feel like home, and all of the perks of staying at a Disney Resort hotel, Disney's Deluxe Villas are the perfect place to rest and refuel during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Since you will need to register every Guest who is staying with you, regardless of age, and 3-bedroom Deluxe Villas sleep up to 12 adults plus one child under the age of three, your group will be just one Guest too large to stay in a 3-bedroom Deluxe Villa. Hakuna Matata... no worries, though, as I have some suggestions for you!

If it works with your individual families, I'd recommend reserving two 2-bedroom Deluxe Villas instead and making a request that they be located in close proximity to each other. Or if there's no logical way to split your group into two separate units, you could always book multiple Deluxe Studios. It can be possible to have adjoining Deluxe Studios, so you could always make that request, too. While room requests can't be guaranteed, Cast Members will do everything they can to make your stay wonderful and they'll definitely try to accommodate your requests. I'm sending some pixie dust that you'll find the perfect room accommodations to make your stay AMAZING!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Julia, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip. I hope that you and your entire family have a truly magical vacation!
