    Hi! We are planning a last-minute trip to WDW for two 4-year olds - a boy and a girl (both turning 5). I am wondering if there are any places, aside from the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, where kids can get Pixie Dust sprinkled on them? :) Thank you!

    Hi Christie! Don’t you wish there were places in our hometowns that specialized in sprinkles of pixie dust? A stop at the corner pixie dust store could make any not so magical day immediately better!

    There are three wonderful places at Walt Disney World Resort that I can think of to stop in for a quick sprinkle of magic. When my daughters are not planning to have the Fairy Godmothers in Training work their magic at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, we instead stop by Castle Couture in Magic Kingdom Park for a quick sprinkle of pixie dust from the Cast Members. As you walk through Cinderella Castle and enter Fantasyland, look to your left and you will find this wonderful store, which is filled with gorgeous princess dresses and just about every princess accessory available! We have also been sprinkled with pixie dust by Cast Members as we shopped in the World of Disney store right outside the Downtown Disney location of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

    While these are my daughters’ favorite places to add a little extra sparkle to their day, I love the hair stylings of the Harmony Barber Shop in Magic Kingdom. For a small fee, Guests can be sprinkled with extra magical pixie dust, add some colorful hair gel, or even receive a trim from the barbers. The pixie-dust is a bit bolder at this location, more like hair confetti. While my daughters have never done this, I have seen some pretty awesome and brightly colored Mickey Mouse icons on the side of young men’s heads while at Harmony Barber Shop!
