We are planning a large multi-family trip. 12 ppl 4 reservations. What is the best way for us to all use my magic maker plan. Do we just need to make sure everyone is linked to my Disney experience? How can we make sure it is linking their photos?

Hi, Monica! I am glad to hear that you have purchased Memory Maker, as you are sure to have so many great pictures by the end of your trip. There are hundreds of locations across Walt Disney World Resort where you will find Disney's PhotoPass photographers. With Memory Maker, you will even have access to on-ride photos and videos.

To make sure everyone in your group is able to access the Memory Maker entitlement, the person in your group who purchased the Memory Maker will need to link it to their My Disney Experience account, and then link each Guest in the group to the account. When each Guest, their park ticket, and optional MagicBand are linked to your Family & Friends list, then anyone who stops by a PhotoPass location or enjoys an attraction that features on-ride memories will have their picture or video magically added to the Memory Maker.  When linking Guests to the account, be sure to check the option to allow sharing of photos for all people. If everyone in your party does not have a MagicBand, they can have the PhotoPass photographer scan their park ticket or use one of the PhotoPass cards given by the photographer. You can later add the PhotoPass cards to your Memory Maker account on the Disney PhotoPass website, where you can see all of the fantastic pictures and videos from your trip. You may sign on to the Disney PhotoPass website each day during your trip to get a sneak peak at your pictures as they load to your account. If you think you are missing any pictures, just contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team and they will be more than happy to assist you in locating your memories.

I hope you have a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort!
