We are planning a large family vacation for at least 20 people and would like a great deal for all four parks and all excusive hotel ( dinning plan ) and rooms or a home.

    Hi Bridget,

How fun! Enjoying a Walt Disney World Resort vacation with so many loved ones will fill your hearts with memories to cherish for a lifetime! I will never forget the moments I've shared with my extended family at The Most Magical Place on Earth, and I'm so excited for you and YOUR family to do the same.

First, if you think you'll need ten Disney hotel rooms or more, I'd suggest chatting with a Cast Member at Disney Group Getaways. They'll be able to help you plan the perfect trip, complete with group discounts! If you won't need that many rooms, though, Hakuna Matata...no worries! We can still help you build a magical vacation and help you find some great deals that are available to families of all shapes and sizes!

I'm happy to let you know that you'll be able to build a vacation package that includes your Disney Resort hotel rooms and theme park tickets. Unfortunately, Disney Dining Plans are not available right now, but you can always keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for any announcements about their return. (I know lots of us are wishing on a star for that announcement sometime soon!) With a group that large, you'll need to split up, but booking a couple Deluxe Villas would be a great way to go! A two-bedroom Deluxe Villa will sleep up to nine Guests and a three-bedroom Deluxe Villa will sleep up to twelve, and both include features like a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and living room that will make you feel right at home during your visit. You could also look into staying in a few Family Suites or some of The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Wherever you decide to stay, feel free to place a request that your rooms are located nearby each other.

I see that you're planning an April getaway, and springtime is a fantastic time to enjoy the Walt Disney World Resort! Not only will be you be able to enjoy the incredible Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival, but there are also some great special offers available then - one on theme park tickets, and one on Disney Resort hotel rooms. I'm sending some pixie dust that you find the perfect deal and place to call home during your magical Disney getaway!

When traveling as a large group, don't forget that it's okay to split up at times during the day. Some Mouseketeers in your group may be thrill seekers looking to conquer "The Mountains" at Magic Kingdom Park (Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Big Thunder Mountain, that is), while others may prefer more tame attractions such as "it's a small world" and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Planning a special dinner together could be the perfect time to share about all of new memories made during that day. Here's a large family, tip...some restaurants will not show availability online for large groups, but you should be able to call a Cast Member for assistance with making reservations.

Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Bridget, and please let us know if we can help with anything else as you're planning your visit. I hope that you and your entire family have a truly magical vacation!
