We are planning our June/July trip rignt now and we have made 1-2 dining reservations each day. I am concerned about being late for some of our reservations. I know that you can arrive 20 minutes early, but what if we are late?

Hi Lisa! I have to admit that I'm not the most punctual person, a trait that drives my husband crazy. I'm ashamed to say that I've been late on more than one occasion for my dining reservations at different Disney restaurants. Walt Disney World is very accommodating to its guests, and my party has always been seated in spite of our late arrival time. If you are running behind schedule, you may have to wait a bit for a table, but you will most likely still be seated.

Of course, if you know that you will be very late to a reservation, it's best to call and reschedule for a later time. However, if you just happen to be running a little behind, don't fret. Walt Disney World wants its guests to be happy and understands that sometimes attraction lines or bus transportation times can be longer than guests anticipate, resulting in occasional late arrivals.

    Have a wonderful trip!
