Planning our HS day. Wanting to rope drop Rock n Roller Coaster, but we tried this last year and my hubs thinks it wasn't open at park opening (not EMH, regular park hours in Sept). Is that normal or did we run into an odd day?

    Dear Karen,

Thank you so much for stopping by to visit us here again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for your day at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

Typically, Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith is open right at park opening, so you may have visited on a day when there was an unusual delay for some reason. It's a very popular attraction to ride at rope drop, and I understand you wanting to head there first thing.

Good luck with your plans at Disney's Hollywood Studios!
