Planning on 5:00 Hoop de Doo Revue and will be at MK before then. How much time should we give ourselves to get to Fort Wilderness and what is the best way to get there? Thanks!

Hi, Ellen! I would allow about 45 minutes of travel time.  You will catch the resort boat to the Fort Wilderness Campground near the gates of the Magic Kingdom.  The launch will be directly in front of you as you exit the park.  The boat ride itself takes a little while, and I am allowing time for a boat to arrive.  If you are lucky enough to catch one right away, you can use the extra time when you arrive at the campground to check out the stables after checking in with the Hoop-Dee-Doo crew.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
