Hello, am planning our honeymoon and first vist to WDW, is anyone able to give me tips and headsup about the resort coronado springs.. we are travelling in september is this a good time to go tepms ride closures etc... thank you

    Amanda,

    First off, CONGRATULATIONS!

Now to work. September is a great time of year to visit. The crowd levels are pretty good, meaning somewhat on the lighter side. You are likely to face only a few closures, and you are going to find those just about any month of the year. You are in the tail end of the rainy season, so plan accordingly, but know that it is not all-day rain, typically just a regular afternoon shower.

As for the Coronado Springs, I have stayed there a few times, including just a few months ago. Loved it both times! Wonderfully themed, extremely comfortable rooms with better than average beds. The resort pool is really great, but do know that it is a large property, so be prepared to do some walking to get to that pool or the main resort building with the amenities.

I prefer the Casitas section, as it is my favorite theming, and it is right next to the main resort building.

I hope that this helps? Feel free to write me back directly with more questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
