My Disney Experience Mobile app as long as you have a
Disney Park Pass reservation for Disney’s Hollywood Studios for the day. However, you can only sign up for the virtual queue once per day, so if you miss your time, you would have to visit
Guest Relations in the park and explain to a Cast Member of your situation. Keep in mind it is not guaranteed that you would still be able to ride the attraction. Rather than getting a boarding pass at 7 AM, you can also wait until the virtual queue reopens at 1 PM and try getting a boarding pass then. I will keep my fingers crossed for you!
