Hello, Erika!
Welcome to planDisney. We really appreciate you stopping by.
Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear that there were no reservations available when you checked! Your visit just happened to coincide with the
Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day so that might explain the dearth of reservations. When I check the
Availability Calendar, I also see that there are no reservations for either Park Hopper or One Park Per Day Tickets.
You've already set aside the time for your trip, so I would recommend that you keep checking the Availability Calendar multiple times a day. Other Guests often change their plans and need to move their reservations, thereby opening them up for others. I can't guarantee that something will open up because of the marathon and holiday weekend, but there'a always a possibility that you'll find something.
Also, I know that your hotel is already booked, but the
Disneyland Resort Hotels keep their own reservation pool that is still showing
availability for your dates. That would represent a big change in your plans, but I wanted to make sure you knew about that possibility.
I'm sorry if that wasn't a very magical answer, Erika. If you aren't able to visit the Parks, there's still plenty to see and do in
Southern California and no reservation is needed to visit the
Downtown Disney District. There are a lot of changes in store for Downtown Disney so it's definitely worth a stop! If you need anything else from us, please write again anytime, Erika. You're always welcome here!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
