Hi we are in planning to just go to the holiday party from 4pm-12pm can we get into the park at 3:10 for a dinner reservation at be our guest restaurant. Or do will need to make a reservation after 4pm when we are allowed in thank you

    Hi Matthew!

A very merry welcome to planDisney!  Is there anything better than a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most magical time of the year?  I don't think so!

Matthew, Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a highlight of any visit to Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season.  There is so much to see, do, and taste during the party, but I think my favorite part has been Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.  You'll typically find the parade making its way through Magic Kingdom Park twice each night - 8:30 PM and 11:00 PM.  If you can, I recommend watching the second parade, as it's usually a bit less crowded!

Your ticket to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party allows you to enter Magic Kingdom at 4:00 PM on the day of your party.  Unfortunately, unless you have a regular park admission in addition to your party ticket, you will not be able to enter the park for a 3:10 PM dining reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant.  If you can find a dining reservation after 4:00 PM but before the party begins, I find that's a great option.  I like to eat my dinner early on party nights so that I can spend my time once the party begins enjoying the unique entertainment and snacking my way around the park!

You may also want to check for dining reservations before you enter Magic Kingdom at the various hotels on the Monorail loop for another convenient option.  We really like Grand Floridian Cafe, and you'll have the added bonus of being able to check out the beautiful decorations and gingerbread house at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa!  If you choose to do this, you can park at the Transportation and Ticket Center and then catch the Resort Monorail to the second stop - the Grand Floridian.  After dinner, you can either walk, boat, or take the Monorail to the park entrance for your party!

Matthew, I ho-ho-hope this information has been helpful and that you enjoy a wonderful night at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney!

    Cheers,
    Kristi
