Ahoy Traci!
A wonderful week cruising the Caribbean awaits your family this fall! The Disney Fantasy is stunning from stem to stern with so much to offer Guests of all ages so I know your family will have an amazing vacation experience!
Dining is one of my favorite cruise topics from the delectable meals to the rotational system offered exclusively on Disney, and I agree with you about the food in the main dining rooms being great! But, with that being said, adult-only dining at
Palo and
Remy offers one-of-a-kind meal experiences only found on Disney Cruise Line! Once you have the pleasure of enjoying the savory dishes, exquisite atmosphere and personalized service, the extra money is well-worth it! My suggestion is to try Palo on your sailing since the charge is only $20 per person and make an early reservation around 6:00 PM. This is a wonderful time to be 12 stories high because of the sweeping ocean views that will create the most beautiful backdrop for the evening sunset. For dinner, you can plan on about 1 1/2 to 2 hours so an earlier reservation will allow you to pick up your little one from the club before bedtime. The Oceaneer Club offers dinner each evening around 5:00 to 5:30 PM so you can drop off then head back to your stateroom to get ready.
Also, another option is try Palo or Remy for brunch if you don't want to miss out on any of your nightly dining. Brunch is offered on sea days at both restaurants, and the selections are divine! Reservations are available from late morning to afternoon.
I hope my answer is helpful, Traci! If I can assist you further, please let me know!
Have a magical day!
