EPCOT Disney 100; new lights; stars; ball

    I am planning to go to Epcot for New Year’s Eve this year and I was wondering if I am guaranteed entry with my park pass reservation. I saw that it is likely that the park will hit capacity but I wasn’t planning on arriving to the park until about 3pm

    How exciting that you’re headed to the Walt Disney World Resort tomorrow for a spectacular way to ring in 2024! You’re not the only one concerned with park capacity at EPCOT on this popular holiday, so please be reassured we have the answers for you at planDisney.

    I confirmed with a friendly Cast Member that yes, as long as you have a valid theme park admission and a confirmed theme park reservation for EPCOT on December 31, 2023 you will be allowed entry at any time that day regardless of when you first enter the park. Even if the park is at capacity, the theme park reservation process is in place to ensure your entry. Your 3:00 P.M. arrival will be great, giving you plenty of time to enjoy favorite attractions, dining experiences, and all the festivities until the park closes at 1:00 A.M. on New Year’s Day.

    The new nighttime spectacular Luminous The Symphony of Us has a special showing at 6:30 P.M. followed by the iconic countdown to the new year with “Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration” at 11:54 P.M. There will be DJs playing dance music all around World Showcase throughout the night as the anticipation builds. The joy of the EPCOT crowd should be infectious as you collectively share this beautiful moment to ring in 2024 together, Melissa!
