I am planning to go to Disneyworld on April 16th and 17th to go to Star Wars Galaxy Edge and want to verify that I will be able to make reservations to get into all of the atrractions Rob

Hi there, Rob! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to stop by and allowing us to help you plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

Get ready for an adventure unlike any other as you travel to a galaxy far, far away! In just a few short weeks, you will have the chance to visit the distant planet of Batuu and explore the Black Spire Outpost! Here, you can sample the local cuisine at dining locations such as Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo or join some outlaws for some strange yet delicious beverages at Oga’s Cantina. There are also many different shops to look through including the Creature Stall where you can buy some exotic animals for your trip home or look through some unique artifacts at Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities. You’re definitely going to want to keep an eye out for all of the little details and amazing surprises you might come across during your visit, though!

The two attractions at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge are Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. At this time, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance is the only experience you will need to join a virtual queue in order to board. You may do this by visiting the My Disney Experience app at distribution times throughout the day. If you are able to select a spot in the virtual queue, you will be given a boarding group and an approximate time at which you will be able to experience the attraction. When your time has come, you will then receive a notification to return to Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance to experience this attraction!

As a reminder, Guests are required to have theme park reservations prior to entering a theme park for the day. These may be made through the Disney Park Pass system once you have purchased tickets and linked them to your My Disney Experience account. It is recommended that you make your reservations as early as possible for Disney’s Hollywood Studios since this is an incredibly popular destination at this time!

I hope you have a blast visiting Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can assist with answering any other questions for you!
