    Hello, I am planning to go to Disneyland Resort in October during Halloween season. Do you know if the park's 70th anniversary celebrations will take place during the Halloween season ?

    Thanks so much for visiting planDisney with your question! How exciting that you've got some Fall plans to head to Disneyland this year. You've got great timing, because the magical extras in store for your visit look amazing!

    I'm very happy to report that the Disneyland 70th Anniversary celebration will still be taking place when you plan to visit this October 2025. This fantastic celebration promises to include special entertainment, a nighttime parade, a new "Celebrate Happy!" song, and limited time snacks and beverages. That's a lot of extra pixie-dust to enjoy! The festivities are slated to begin on May 16, 2025 and continue through summer of 2026... so you won't miss a thing.

    If you have not experienced a nighttime light parade before, let me tell you it's not to be missed. Although my family more frequently visits Disney World in Florida, this "Paint the Night" parade has me looking at my calendar to try and book a trip to Disneyland!
